Common questions
Common tasks have flat rates you can see right on our pricing page — a TV mount, a faucet swap, a drywall patch. Open-ended work is billed hourly at $89/hr with a one-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute steps. Either way, you approve the price before we start, and there are no surprise charges.
We’re a general handyman, not a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC contractor. We do like-for-like fixture swaps, but not new electrical rough-in, panel work, gas lines, sewer work, or anything requiring a trade permit. If a job is out of our lane, we’ll tell you and point you to a trusted specialist.
