Common questions
Common tasks have flat rates you can see right on our pricing page — a TV mount, a faucet swap, a drywall patch. Open-ended work is billed hourly at $89/hr with a one-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute steps. Either way, you approve the price before we start, and there are no surprise charges.
Your choice. We can bring standard materials and bill them at cost on your invoice, or you can have your parts and fixtures on hand when we arrive. For specialty items — a specific faucet or light fixture — having it ready saves a parts run and keeps your bill down.
