Common questions
Common tasks have flat rates you can see right on our pricing page — a TV mount, a faucet swap, a drywall patch. Open-ended work is billed hourly at $89/hr with a one-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute steps. Either way, you approve the price before we start, and there are no surprise charges.
There is genuinely no job too small. A single shelf, one squeaky door, a loose handle — we say yes to the little stuff most companies won’t come out for. If you have several small things, batch them into one visit and you’ll get the best value.
We keep same-day slots open most weekdays and book a few days out for half- and full-day visits. Use the task picker or call us, and we’ll give you the soonest window that works. We arrive in the window we promise, and call ahead if anything changes.
